Reckitt Benckiser declares dividend

The board of directors of  Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) PLC has declared a dividend for the shareholders. The company will pay a cash dividend of 3,330 percent to the shareholders for the last financial year. That is, the shareholders will receive a dividend of 333 taka against the face value of 10 taka per share.

This decision was taken after reviewing the financial report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024 on Monday (April 07).

According to the financial report for the ended fiscal year, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) was 159 taka and 17 paisa. The earnings per share (EPS) in the same period of the last fiscal year was 173 taka and 65 paisa.

The company’s net asset value per share (NAVPS) as of December 31, 2024 was 350 taka and 64 paisa.

The company will hold an annual general meeting (AGM) on May 28 to approve this dividend. The record date for this has been set for April 29.
