Customer Service Officer- Teller
Job Description / Responsibility
- To ensure proper authorization of transactions and also to make sure that accurate transactions have taken place in each customer service point as per policy and regulations.
- Responsible for cash deposit & withdrawal in an efficient & accurate manner so that the customers waiting time is reduced significantly.
- Cash management which includes maintaining cash within vault limit; cash balance, return of the cash into the branch vault, monitoring the flow of cash at the counters and sorting of notes.

- Ability to balance and report to teller transactions daily, in accordance with standard procedures.
- Must have knowledge of all applicable money laundering prevention and fake note detection procedures.
- Must have knowledge of Cash Transaction Report (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Report (STR).
- Good mathematical skills
- Good communication skills, with positive attitude towards customer services.
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 1 year experience as Teller in a reputed commercial Bank with excellent track record.
