This is for kind information of all concerned that pursuant to the Directive issued by the BSEC dated April 27, 2016 to follow July-June as income year, in compliance with the provision of the Finance Act, 2015, the Company has decided to postpone the 19th AGM scheduled to be held on June 02, 2016. In compliance of the aforesaid directive and to the first time adoption of the change in the financial year, AGM of the Company will consider 18 months accounts (i.e. audited accounts from January 01, 2015 to December 31, 2015 and January 01, 2016 to June 30, 2016 ).
