This is for notification of all concerned that the Board of Directors of Green Delta Insurance Company Limited in its 343’d Board meeting held on 26th April, 2016 at 4:15 p.m. at its Corporate Office has decided to raise fund by issuing Commercial Papers (CP)for total value of BDT 50.00 Crare for a period of 180 days at the rate of interest 8.00 % per annum. It is being subscribed by the BRACBank Limited, which to be utilized for Investment purpose. This decision will be implemented within short span of time.
